Our Impact

Why Employers Choose Us

I would strongly recommend using MaineWorks for your Construction labor needs. MaineWorks offers a well-trained and versatile staff to help contractors bridge the labor gap we face every day on our jobs. I have relied on Wes and his team for the past 7-8 years to help get the right people on site help keep the construction workflow going. Along with getting the work done, I also am extremely grateful for being able to help MaineWorks guys get back into a good environment where they are respected members of the team. Making someone feel like they matter and are part of something much bigger is a real powerful way of helping someone get through some of life’s challenges.
Tim S, Ducas Construction

I’ve been working with MaineWorks for over 10 years, they are a company that cares about their people and invest in their future and success. The companies I have worked for have hired several MaineWorks people and are employed to this day, in addition several of my subcontractors have hired MaineWorks people that they have met on my sites. I appreciate the quality of people that are sent to my sites, which is a reflection of quality of MaineWorks as a whole.
Randy Martin, Optimum

I continue to work with MaineWorks because I appreciate the opportunity to try and help someone in early recovery the same way I was helped when I was with MaineWorks. I like to think that my job sites are enjoyable places to work and that at least for the 8 hours/day my MaineWorks employee is with me he/she is in a good spot.
